Ameyo : Introduction
Ameyo, a product of Drishti Soft Solutions, is an Indian Call Center and Contact Center technology. Headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana, it is widespread across different geographies including major cities of India, US, and the Philippines. Founded in 2003, it has served over 2000+ customers and 60+ countries globally.
Ameyo was founded by Sachin Bhatia, Bishal Lacchiramka, and Nayan Jain in 2003. Started off with Ameyo Voice, the company now provides Call Center & Contact Center technologies and Help Desk Support. Ameyo raised $5 million of funds from PE firm Forum Synergies in 2015 and accelerated global expansion in the world of Contact Centers.
Products and Technology
Ameyo has expanded from Ameyo Contact Center Suite to an Omnichannel Contact Center that provides customer engagement solution for different organizations. Ameyo’s products include Voice Capabilities, Helpdesk Support, Ameyo Omni, Ameyo Emerge, Ameyo Engage, and Ameyo Collect. It provides integration with major CRM like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Zoho, Salesforce, and SugarCRM.

Ameyo Voice offers on-premise and on-cloud call center solutions that comes with flexible IVR, ACD Routing, and monitoring tools. It allows businesses to connect with customers to manage workflows and track call center metrics for real-time monitoring.
- Helpdesk Support
Ameyo’s Helpdesk Support is a system that helps businesses track, prioritize and manage customer tickets. It puts all customer information in one interface and allows representatives to handle tickets through multiple channels.
Ameyo’s Omni simplifies customer interactions in a unified manner on all digital channels. It allows omnichannel routing, real-time agent monitoring, and self-service IVR.
Ameyo Engage is a cloud-based contact center software that allows businesses to connect globally. It comes with a flexible IVR, smart call routing, unified agent desktop, CRM integrations, and extensive reporting tools.
Ameyo Emerge is a virtual call center software that enables businesses to scale faster and provides both mobile and desktop feasibility. It features real-time monitoring and allows representatives to handle interactions virtually.
Ameyo collect is an automated debt collection software that enables higher customer coverage, faster recovery and improves the promise-to-pay ratio.

Ameyo has formalized a partnership with Shiksha Sankalp in 2013, as their CSR initiatives.
