Rick and Morty Season 4 : Ricky and Morty has emerged as one of the hottest shows on TV. The show inserts long breaks between two seasons, but it still hasn’t kept the fans from drooling over the show. They are as crazy and invested in the show as they were before. Now, this most awaited anime series is all set to break in to the fourth season which will drop somewhere near July 2019. In May 2019, Justin Roiland, the show’s creator, said that Rick and Morty has been renewed for another 70 episodes. After a month, without revealing the official release date, Justin said that the production has started.

Though the show didn’t really used Hollywood biggies for the voiceover, but Back to the Future star Christopher Lloyd confirmed to lend his voice in this wild series. The trailer for the fourth season is to be released by the makers. The show was supposed to land on April fool’s Day, but the producers decided to bring it in July 2019, similar to the previous seasons.
What’s in it for the Fourth Season?
The first two seasons of this widely accepted series involved Rick going on an interdimensional adventures with his grandson Morty. It was later revealed that Rick chose Morty because his inferior brain waves neutralizes Rick’s genius mind and it makes him undetectable. Season 2 mainly focused on the relationship between Rick and his family as Morty begins to question the morality of what they were doing. Third season focused more on Jerry and Beth’s fallout. However they did reconcile at the end of the season making everyone, including Rick, happy. Although there aren’t much plot details about Season 4, but their happiness is quite short-lived. Also, Mr. Poopybutthole would be returning along with his family.
Fans can only wait what the makers has for them. When it comes, it will be interesting to see how the series progresses.
