Trump also mentioned in his interview with Carlson that he is hopeful in striking a deal with Chinese President Jinping.
Carlson asked Trump that since he recently met the Chinese President, does he have any plans to making a agreement on trade deal with China? Trump said, “I think so. We had a very good meeting. He wants to make a deal. I want to make a deal. Very big deal, probably, I guess you’d say the largest deal ever made of any kind, not only trade”.
Trump and Jinping met at the G20 Summit in Japan, and he described the meeting as excellent before saying that both the countries are now back on track. The news has arrived at a point where Trump announced that Chinese tech company Huawei is likely to purchase equipments from US companies after it has been blacklisted.
