In an incident, a vehicle slammed into a Christmas march in the US territory of Wisconsin on Sunday evening prompting the demise of 5 individuals, leaving 40 others injured, announced AFP. Authorities said a red SUV got through blockades at the Christmas march in Waukesha, a suburb of Milwaukee soon after 4:30 pm (2230 GMT), as onlookers watched the yearly custom.
“We can confirm that 5 people are deceased and 40 are injured. However, these numbers may change as we collect additional information,” the Waukesha Police Department said in an assertion on their authority Facebook page.
The police have taken a “person of interest” in care, and officials had recuperated the elaborate vehicle. There could have been no different dangers, authorities at the question and answer session said.
