Press Release
New Delhi, 18 February 2026: Brandworks Technologies, one of India’s fastest-growing design-led and R&D-driven electronics manufacturers, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) during the India AI Summit 2026. The partnership aims to strengthen India’s deeptech and AI hardware startup ecosystem by fostering innovation, co-developing AI-led hardware solutions with early and growth-stage startups, and building scalable commercialization pathways in the Electronics and IT domain.
With active support and guidance from MeitY, Brandworks will curate and manage a network of manufacturing partners, compliance advisors, and ecosystem collaborators to assist startups in product engineering, scale-up, and commercialization. Known for its research-driven and design-focused capabilities, the company brings advanced R&D expertise and high-precision manufacturing strength to the partnership. The two-year MoU establishes a collaborative framework to accelerate innovation in Electronics and AI hardware while promoting intellectual property development and globally competitive products.
As part of this strategic engagement, Brandworks announced the MSH–Brandworks Global AI Exchange Platform 2026, a structured cross-border AI OEM and ODM execution framework. The platform is designed to localize, manufacture, and scale global AI hardware IP in India, while enabling India-built AI innovations to expand into international markets. It introduces a 0–180 day commercialization pathway backed by ready manufacturing networks, ecosystem partners, and policy alignment—reinforcing the company’s vision of “Designed in India, Built in India, Built for the World.”
Following the MoU signing, Brandworks unveiled a new portfolio of AI-powered hardware products: the AI Voice Recorder, AI Speaker, and AI Glasses. These AI-native devices are integrated with the company’s proprietary LLM-backed AI infrastructure and are positioned to accelerate enterprise, institutional, and public-sector AI adoption.
“India has both the talent and the market potential to lead in AI hardware. This partnership is a step toward institutionalizing that ambition. With our integrated AI stack and manufacturing capabilities, we are building the infrastructure required to design, engineer, and scale intelligent devices at global standards. The products launched today reflect our alignment with the vision of ‘Built in India, for the World,’” said Ishwar Kumhar, CEO and Co-founder, Brandworks Technologies.
At the centre of the launch is the AI Voice Recorder, a wearable device offering multilingual AI transcription, automated summaries, and up to 20 hours of recording. The AI Speaker features a multilingual voice interface integrated with the proprietary LLM engine for real-time processing across 50+ languages. Expanding into wearables, the AI Glasses introduce a lightweight, voice-first solution for enterprise applications. All three devices operate on Brandworks’ fully integrated in-house AI architecture spanning hardware, proprietary AI models, and secure backend infrastructure.
At the summit, Brandworks also showcased its end-to-end AI stack enabling device orchestration, subscription management, and contextual AI processing across voice, text, and visual inputs. Developed entirely in-house, the architecture ensures flexible deployment and enhanced data control without reliance on third-party AI engines.
Through its collaboration with MSH and the launch of its AI-native hardware portfolio, Brandworks reaffirmed its commitment to building globally competitive AI hardware platforms from India while contributing to a resilient, innovation-led deeptech startup ecosystem.
