New Delhi: Homebound is now prepared to launch on the OTT platform following widespread praise. For those who don’t know, the movie starring Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa is India’s official Oscar 2025 entry.
At the Cannes Film Festival, the movie won praise from critics and a nine-minute standing ovation. Additionally, it placed second in the Toronto Film Festival’s 2025 International People’s Choice Award.
Homebound OTT release date
OTT giant took to it’s social profiles and shared the official note that Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa and Janhvi Kapoor’s film will stream on Netflix starting November 21. ‘A long road home. Who is responsible for Homebound?
Neeraj Ghaywan, a National Award-winning director whose first film, Masaan, won the hearts of movie buffs, is the writer and director of Homebound. Syed Zaid Ali, Marijke Desouza, Melita Toscan du Plantier, Karan Johar, Pravin Khairnar, Apoorva Mehta, Somen Mishra, Adar Poonawalla, and Martin Scorsese are the film’s producers.
