The expansive 38,000-square-foot mansion, which Lopez and Affleck bought for $60.8 million in 2023, is no longer for sale, according to People. TMZ said on Monday, January 26, that the 56-year-old actor of Kiss of the Spider Woman and the 53-year-old director of Argo, who finalised their divorce in January of last year, had withdrawn their Beverly Hills property off the market after struggling to sell it.
Just weeks before Lopez filed for divorce in August of 2024, the 38,000-square-foot house with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms was first listed.
According to TMZ, the ex-couple attempted to sell it for $68 million for a year and a half before lowering the asking price by $16 million in September. According to reports, Lopez and Affleck spent $60.85 million for it in May 2023. Since their divorce, they have reportedly bought new residences.
