Gurugram: A yoga camp was organised at Kamala Nehru Park at 7 a.m. on Saturday with the objective of promoting health awareness. A large number of local residents, including women and youth, participated in the camp. Yoga instructors guided the participants through various yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques.
Practising yoga contributes to physical health, mental well-being, and overall wellness. It is also known to improve sleep quality, boost energy levels, and strengthen the immune system.
