Putin India Visit LIVE Updates: Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in India for a two-day state visit. Delhi on High Alert; SWAT Teams and Snipers Deployed
Delhi is currently on high alert as a multi-layered security grid has been put in place for Russian President Vladimir Putin. He is arriving in the capital this evening for his two-day visit to India. Police said that due to strict security protocols, the location where Putin will be staying has not been disclosed.
