There are a couple of zoos to visit in the city of Chicago, but it is the Brookfield Zoo that stands out above the others. Brookfield Zoo is absolutely massive and you are going to see some of the most popular animals in the world at this location.
Because of its size, you aren’t going to notice all of the crowds that tend to flock to Brookfield Zoo, and there is also much more to do than just look at the animals. This is another location in which you are going to want to spend an entire day.
United Center
The United Center is home to the Chicago Blackhawks and Bulls during the winter months, but this is a place to visit all year long. If the Bulls or Blackhawks are not in season or are on the road then the United Center turns into a concert venue.
There has been plenty of new construction done at the United Center over the last few years, and it has created many new things to see and do at the location.
Shedd Aquarium
Shedd Aquarium is one of the best aquariums in the United States and it’s somewhere that you simply have to check out if you are visiting Chicago, Illinois. There are so many different species of fish to see at Shedd Aquarium, and there are bigger aquatic animals as well.
Shedd Aquarium does a great job of providing education as well, and it’s a perfect place for the entire family to visit. You should plan on spending an entire day at Shedd Aquarium as you aren’t going to want to leave without seeing everything.
