The ICC T20 World Cup 2024 schedule was revealed on Friday, setting the stage for an action-packed tournament from June 1 to June 29. India is set to face Pakistan in New York on June 9.
Spread across three venues in the USA and six in the Caribbean, the ninth edition of the T20 World Cup promises excitement.
Lauderhill, Dallas, and New York will host the initial matches, including the much-anticipated India vs. Pakistan clash at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium on June 9.
Where will be the Semifinals and Finals?
With a total of 41 matches across six Caribbean islands, The semifinals of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 are scheduled to be held in Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana. The final match of the tournament is planned to take place in Barbados, West Indies. These locations add to the excitement of the tournament, offering diverse venues for the crucial stages of the competition.
The tournament kicks off with the USA taking on Canada on June 1, followed by the West Indies facing Papua New Guinea in Guyana on the second day of group play.
