A record-breaking 115 million Americans expected to travel this Christmas season

Holiday Season : RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – If you’re wanting to take off this Christmas season prepare for potential deferrals.

“Getting in the terminals was crazy,” Kelly Hamlin said.

“LAX is awful. It took me an hour and ten minutes just to get from my house to the terminal,” Ileanna Lesko said.

AAA assesses a record-breaking 115.6 million individuals will take off of town for the break. It’s the most in almost 20 years.

“Give yourself plenty of time,” Lesko said.
